First of all pls view this site n see the constetant picture before & after & u all will know wat im trying to tell & share with u'll .. in that show bob & kim is the best trainer i ever see in my life after my dad hehe... i like the way both of them trained them coz both of them din look down on them but give they a big hope to cut off their weight, i hope i meet both of them coz they really inspire me other then all the constestant ohhh yesss u really give my hope tht i can lose my weight too... thank u coz viewing this type of show other then showing all the pretty faces... love u both bob & kim..
